All cancellations must be sent in writing to the IPSA Secretariat at email@example.com. Registrations cancelled before 18 March 2020 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee paid; cancellations received as of 18 March 2020 and no-shows will not be refunded. If mailed, the 50% refund will apply to notifications post-marked by 10 March 2020.
Please note: membership fees are non-refundable. New and renewed membership will continue to be valid even if registration to the World Congress is cancelled. If you cannot attend the World Congress, please send your cancellation notice as soon as possible, to allow your panel to find a replacement in time.
